Use "I'm Sorry" After Emotions Have Calmed Down

Posted by johnson.jonathan.m on May 3, 2015 at 10:50 AM

When it comes to an argument there are to categories of language to use:

The emotional language and the Rational Language

While in the heat of the argument both parties need to only affirm the emotions of the other person

Once the emotions have calmed down they may speak in rational talk about the situation and things going forward

If one person is out of the emotional state and the other is still in it, the one out of the emotional state has to continue to speak in emotions until the other person is out of the state

I'm Sorry is a rational term and should be used after both parties are out of the emotional states

If used during the emotional states the other party may not be able to recieve the apology
