The Bar of Love

Posted by johnson.jonathan.m on September 25, 2013 at 10:55 AM Comments comments (0)

There is a bar of love. This bar must be filled with love throughout the course of a day. People are constantly showing you love and the person is not getting tourn down by people who are unloving then their bar can be filled.

Understanding and Confidence make the bar smaller (it takes less love a day to fill up the bar)

and a lack of understanding and confidence make the bar larger (it takes more love a day to fill up the bar)

Babies are born to need a lot of love; their bar is extremely large; they do not have understanding of this huge world and do not initially have confidence in the large people that inhabit the world

The more babies are loved the smaller their bar becomes.

Love is an action word: the actions of love are being kind, patient, hopefull, enduring, truthful, and not being envious, boastful, arrogant, rude, irritable, and resentful.

If some one does these things then he or she can better love othe people

Power Born on Earth is Evil

This is complete Jon Johnson theory and not something that I believe is truth.

Humans are not evil but being born on Earth makes them more able to be evil. Power is not an evil concept but when someone gains power on Earth it will begin manifested as more evil.

For example, someone who goes from having no money to being drafted to a professional sport and attaining millions of dollars and media spotlight, will have more power. For example, if the new sports star tweets something on twitter he is using power because people will be effected by his words.

Let's use an analogy to represent power. Let's relate when people engage in conversations, dialogue, verbal media posts, etc., anything where one human is in contact with another human to a different world where people are dressed up as knights and have swords and regular communication is seen as just fun playing with swords and an actual fight would be people dueling it out.

Kids would have no armor or weapons and would be able to gain the armor and weapons by gaining power.

Some people are born bigger and taller which allows them to have permanent awesome armor that they can never take off.

Other people have power that is not always present but can bring up at any point in time. Someone who knows kung fu could be related to someone who has a really sharp and powerful dagger in their pocket in the other world. No one can tell that the kung fu man has that power but in reality, he does have that power and can use it at any time.

The relation in the other universe to power being evil would be when someone gains power they gain a general sidekick. This general sidekick is able to do awesome stuff but it is very untamed. It'll lash out at people for no reason, etc. Every time the person gains power a new sidekick appears. The knight has to tame the sidekick and once the sidekick is tamed he is transformed to a weapon that the knight can bring out and use.

That was really extensive, but, if you are able to understand what I wrote you will understand how I believe any time someone gains power, whether a good person or bad person, the power is evil and must be tamed.

Increased Sensitivity

The more I hang around Dana and the more I give to her the more I increase in my sensitivity to the things that she is sensitive to. Compared to three years ago I am more sensative to her work issues, the blinds that make noises when the fan is on, etc. I catch a lot more things that she will be upset about now before she even realizes them. I believe that when we understand the bible in its true form and give to God, over time we will become more sensative to the things that God is sensitive to.

Obedience, again

I keep hitting on this subject because I see it everywhere. Solomon was arguably the wisest person ever. Ever. On earth. But he was punished for slowing idolatry of other gods in Israel (among other things). The only reason why his kingdom was not torn away from him during his reign was because his father acted in great obedience to God. Simply stated, knowledge and wisdom do not bring lasting rewards. Obedience does. Thank you for reading. Apply action.

Things that are naturally obedient

I'm not an expert on gods will but I feel like I have an understanding of a few things that obey gods will. For example, plants seem as if they are very obedient. They efficiently take in the sun, water, and carbon dioxide and release oxygen and fruits. Very efficient in my mind. I can look into the body to see something else that I believe obeys the will of god, the heart. The heart beats nonstop from the time we are born until the time we die. While were awake and while we sleep. It never stops doing its job. If it does, we die. The heart and plants seem as if they are most times doing what god wants them to do. On the other hand, the brain seems very untamed and not in accordance to the will of god. That's all. thank you for reading.

Good And Evil

Humans aren't supposed to know about good and evil. We're supposed to be obedient. Obedient to the truth.

Time for everything

Solomon’s words from Ecclesiastes about a time for everything has been ringing through my ears the past couple of days. This is a great mystery that I can not wait to understand. I understand the time for venting and mourning. I understand the time for getting what you want and giving to others, but I know that their are so many other mysteries of time that I do not understand. That is one of the best feelings; to know that my understanding of something is at a low level and I have so much more room to grow (like in a sport, such as basketball, where you start draining shots for the first time in your life and you want to keep practicing to learn the different skills of the sport).

That’s all. Time for everything

The Perversion of Marriage.. Boyfriend/Girlfriend

Posted by johnson.jonathan.m on January 31, 2013 at 8:15 AM Comments comments (0)

I have been listening to my bible app a lot the past month. One thought that has been reoccuring in my mind is the sense that boyfriend/girlfriend relationships are perversions of the idea and contract of marriage.

In my understanding their are many contracts that happen in the bible. Their is the circumcision that shows that God will always be with Abrahams people. Their is the rainbow, which shows that God will not destroy the Earth by flood, and their is the contract that a man and women will be together forever with a women through sex. All of these contracts are made by word or vows but are consecrated through an act. All of these acts are sacred and should not be performed outside of the intended purpose.

When I look at how relationships came about in the bible their is no concept of dating. The person keeps his or her body pure until the appointed time for him or her to marry. Once it was time for the person to marry, the person would seek out a spouse and if approved by both families they would marry. It's so weird to me (coming from a biblical perspective) how kids get into relationships without the intent that they are supposed to marry that person. Then the kids pervert the consecration of the vow of loyalty between the man and the woman by doing the act with numbers of partners.

I'll put it like this. Let us say that everyone walks around with a contract that says "I am pledged to marry ____________________" and in that blank the person who sleeps with that person is supposed to sign there. You only get one of these in your lifetime. Once they sleep together that is like their signature on the contract. People nowadays walk around with multiple print outs of this contract and are getting them signed by everyone by committing the act. The contract and the act have lost its significance because everyone is sleeping around with everyone else. I hope this makes sense. It was hard for me to put it into words to type out.

The concept is their though. How can people take the act of lovemaking and the contract of marriage that comes with it seriously if they are pledging what is supposed to be a one time contract with one person with everyone.

As always, thank you for reading.

Giving Thanks

One of the greatest ways you can give thanks to God is by taking care of your body. The first thing we are given as a gift from God is our body. Take care of your body and you will be showing thanks to God.

Thunder and God

When I hear thunder I want to stop what I'm doing and amaze in the power of God

Thunder feels to me like a time where God is speaking to us.

If we only had trees for shelter then we would have nothing to do during thunder but to sit and listen to the power of thunder.

Can you imagine if you had to sit outside with only a tree to cover you and watch as the dark clouds pulled in and the rain started to come down and you would hear the thunder start rolling and then the mighty power of lightning flash all around you? Much respect to the powers of nature from me.
